Gutter cleaning
Every run cleared by hand and bagged, roof-edge debris removed, downspouts flushed.
Gutter cleaning in The Sanctuary means working a gated waterfront community along the Intracoastal, built near the former site of Ancient America, a wild animal and attraction park that operated here from 1953 to 1959, where a genuine Native American burial mound remains visible on the property today and estate homes face the same salt-laden humidity as Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club.

Like Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club, the water-facing elevation of these Intracoastal estates oxidizes faster than the street-facing side, so we treat the two sides of the same roof differently rather than cleaning every run the same way.
Every run cleared by hand and bagged, roof-edge debris removed, downspouts flushed.
Blocked outlets and elbows cleared, pipes and buried lines flushed.
Guards and screens cleaned and the trough underneath cleared.
Dark streaks and oxidation washed off the gutter face.
A low-pressure soft wash for shingle, tile, flat, and metal roofs.
The services page compares all of these side by side.
The Sanctuary sits on land that once held Ancient America, a park built by E.G. Barnhill in the 1950s around a genuine Native American burial mound that is still visible on the property today. The community that replaced the park is now one of Boca Raton's gated Intracoastal enclaves, and Forbes has ranked it among the most expensive gated communities in the country.
Estate homes here face the Intracoastal Waterway directly, and the salt-laden air off the water speeds up oxidation on the water-facing side of a roof the same way it does in Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club a short distance away. We treat that elevation separately from the street-facing side of the same house, since the two sides are not drying or aging at the same rate.
This community's HOA requires gate documentation before a vendor is cleared in, so we send our license and insurance ahead of the scheduled visit rather than waiting to be asked at the entrance. We quote by phone first, based on the home's actual roofline and waterfront exposure, and we photograph every job so an owner who splits time between properties still sees exactly what the crew found and cleared.
The cleaning itself runs through our usual steps: clear the roof edge, scoop every run by hand, bag the debris, and flush every downspout until the water runs clear, with particular attention to the Intracoastal-facing elevation where the salt film builds fastest.

A real before-and-after from a gutter cleaning job, not a stock photo.
